Roger Ferraz is a Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP, NAFES) with over 30 years experience in the food manufacturing and food service industry having worked in the meat processing, bakery, bar, restaurant, hotel and equipment supply sectors.

​

He has proactively worked to develop his knowledge and skills in the modern food service environment and can provide solutions to issues such as warewashing, cooking and food processing equipment, sanitization, HACCP compliance, and work flow efficiency.

​

Currently working for Reward Hospitality, Asia-Pacifics leading hospitality supplier, Roger is able to combine his experience with the largest product range, an extensive network of product supply partners, national warehousing and logistics, and the industries biggest and best on the ground support network.

Roger is a proud father of three based in Wollongong, NSW AUSTRALIA and is the National Sales Manager - QSR for Reward Hospitality Australia. He is also committed to sustainability and minimising the impact of the hospitality industry on the environment.
